- Queen loft room, two bunkbed rooms, and a futon makes 7 individual beds and room for 8 ppl.
- Full cooks kitchen, free high efficiency laundry, full bath, on demand hot water, air conditioning, high speed wireless,… we almost moved in when we were done building it.
- Close to Mesa Verde National Park, Cortez, Durango, Dolores, Phils World MTB complex, Gold Medal trout waters, Hesparus Ski Area; and local arts, food, beer, cider and the best little bakery in Colorado!
